I am on my OPT and about to be married in May. Thinking that it would be hard to get a visa slot for my wife, I just mentioned we already got married while filling DS-160 form. So, will there be any issues during the interview, since the form was filled before we got married?

Congratulations on this step and my best wishes are with both of you! This is not a problem. Personal status changes for people all the time. However, please be sure that the I-20 is marked with this information and if that is inconvenient, a letter from school that they are aware you are bringing / adding a dependent is important.
