Hi Experts,
If someone is in US on L1A with an employer, and if some other comany is ready to do H1B with COS, will the current employer come to know about it ? at what stage?
considering that H1B goes on lottary, in any case it is not selected, will the current employer know that H1B was tried for?
Would appreciate suggestions on this
