Regarding Changing the Job on Opt before approved H1B starts

Hello, I am currently on Opt and my h1b got approved and will start from 1st Oct. I got job offer from another company. Can i start working with the new company on Opt for now and then get h1b transfer to the new company ? My concern is i got h1b from A company and without even starting it i want it to be transferred it to B company? Is that possible and is it advisable? Any negative impacts of it? Please advise.

Well, it is generally not recommended to transfer before October 1st. Lately, USCIS is questioning that the applicant never had H1B status to transfer and creating more issues. The better thing to do is to work at least for few days on H1B at A and then transfer.
