Hi Saurabh,

I got my H1B approved for Employer A and Client A and then switched to Client B (same MSA as that of Client A, same roles and responsibilties and same salary) with same Employer A.

Now I am in India for H1B stamping.

I asked our Attorney if a new LCA or Amended petition was required for stamping and attorney replied that since both the client locations are within same MSA (within 35 miles of each other), new LCA and amended petition are not required for stamping.

Please let me know if what Attorney is syaing is correct or not.

Yes, LCA is dependent on the location. You have to trust the attorney, they are qualified to give you advice…we are not :slight_smile:
