Hi

Recently USCIS announced for hold on H1b premium processing from Apr 3rd 2017. Kindly enlighten me whether temporary suspension of premium processing is applicable for any h1b transfers filed before April 3rd 2017 date. Could you please reply.

It is only applicable for premium processing petitions that are received by USCIS starting Apr 3rd 2017. They accept premium processing until then.
