My h1b has been approved under consular processing . So do I need to book my Dropbox appointment only in Hyderabad consulate since on the I-797B document it says consulate as Hyderabad. Or can I book my Dropbox appointment in any city in India?

You can book it anywhere available, doesn’t have to be what’s on the approval notice.
