Looks like it was selected in lottery and then rejected due to wrong service center. Had it not been selected in lottery, rejection reason would have been non-selection in lottery and not this.

yes they do!!i think that some other cases were approved with same service centre.They told 5 cases were rejected due to this reason and they are appealing against it…
