Received White slip on H1B interview today

Hi

I received white slip today after my H1B interview today.
Marked " Your application requires additional administrative processing before a final decision made"

They said “there is no application with us and it is returned to USCIS , check with USCIS and employer”
Not sure what does it mean . Appreciate suggestions or advises here.

A lady consulate officer from window1 room. Given white slip then said that
