My current company filed my H1B Petition. USCIS received my petition on June 1st and issued receipt notice on June 4th. Now I have the receipt number and scanned copy of the receipt with me. But, I am not able to find my record in USCIS website: [https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do](https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard/CaseStatus.do) I have been waiting for almost 4 months to see it visible in the web site. Still I am not able to see it. Spoke to my attorney and he insists to go for premium processing with out giving clear reason why my record is not visible in the web site and with out giving details about my Petition status. Currently, my management is not ready to go for premium processing.
Please let me know how can I proceed and know the status of my petition.
