I am currently on L1B which is valid till MArch 2013 (I-94 of the same date). In the meanwhile, my employer filed for my L to H transfer on 8th June 2012. But today I recd an RFE, reason not known yet. I have plans to visit India this December. Since my L1 is valid, and this petition is on RFE, can I go and come back on my L1 ?Will there be any impact on my petition ?
