I have got a confirmation from my employer that my H1B petition is picked in lottery, but they have not shared the receipt number. Could you please let me know if I can get the receipt number from somewhere and what is the reason behind not sharing the receipt number?
Your Onsite department and your manager both will get the email along with the receipt number.
