Question with case status processing

Hi,
My application got picked in lottery for Fy-2020. My company submitted application with premium process but still I haven’t received any update.

Last update I got on may1st has my case transfer to another jurisdiction. Could any please advise what is the best I can do to get my case status.

Please check with your attorney as they can request update from USCIS. If it was premium, you should have got some update by now.
