You are okay if salary is higher than prevailing wage. It should never be lower. If asked, your answer will be 62K.

If I say 62k as my answer,which is different from salary mentioned in D’s 160…that is 57k/12 per month.

You will state that $57 K is the prevailing wage but what you are receiving is $62 K because of your qualifications and employer ability to pay reasonable wages commensurate with experience and capability. You entered $57 K because you thought that was the question being asked and you are sorry for the confusion. It is a very good occurrence that you are being paid more than prevailing wages. Let us know when you get approved!.
