I got my H1B visa stamped stamped till Sept.30.2013 and hence I filed for extension. I joined my onsite position on May.27.2013.
My Extension has been rejected and I cannot stay beyond my I94 expiry date due to U.S. Department of Labor’s prevailing wage requirements for the extension. As the offered wage does not meet the prevailing wage.
Please suggest on the below questions-
If my company increase my wages, then is it possible to apply for extension again within few days?
In case I join any other company before my visa expires, is it possible to get my visa transfer irrespective of the fact that my extension has been rejected?
