Dear Sir,
I have applied for h1b petition in 2012 and the same has been approved . The validity of my approved petition is till [b]Nov 2012[/b]. I had my personal interview on Jan 2012 and I received 221g Form.
In the Month of July I had asked to submit client letter for visa processing and I had submitted the same. Today I got one more mail from Embassy and asked to submit my passport for stamping.
My doubt is whether My visa will be issued till Nov 2012 only or will it be extended since I dont have the enough time to extend the same..
Kindly clarify..
