I have petitioned for my siblings from India. Recently i read news about public charge where they will consider income , health and age as factor for green card applications from out side india.
I would like to know if my siblings are elder and not making 150% of poverty line (40000$) which is high in india. will it affect there chances of getting Green card.

Well, those norms are for someone applying for Adjustment of Status with US. They will not directly apply to applicants outside of US. Having said that, US Department of State looks for the general public charge assessment. You can read US State Department Public Charge Guidelines
