Project mentioned during filing does not have SOW. Now RFE on SOW??

Hi Shaurabh,

I got RFE on my H1B case and they requested for SOW and ManagerLetter.

Problem: Submitted project does not have SOW document. Instead they have beeline(online resource management tool) where they are keep tracking of project start and end dates and approvals.

Will USCIS accept the screenshots of the above mentioned tool in place of SOW?? But for the given project onsite manger willing to provide a manager letter. Please let me know your suggestion on this?

Convincing the USCIS authorities with just screenshots of some tool will be quiet difficult. Your employer would have some kind of Business document agreed with the Cusomter that can help you in this situation. Have you checked with your employer/attorney in the first place on what can be done?
