Processing center for I 539 for L2 to H4

Hi ,

I recently submitted my spouse I -539 for L2 to H4 status change, to the following address,
USCIS Dallas Lockbox Facility
For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
USCIS
PO Box 660921
Dallas, TX 75266

But in the forum I see people talk about processing center. Should I need to post it specific processing center?

Yes, you need to send to specific processing center based on the receipt number of the H1B Holder. Check USCIS website H4 Addresses.

Thanks Kumar, I checked the link you sent it says following thing, is my understanding correct ?

H-4 spouse of an H-1B nonimmigrant filing Form I-539 separately from the H-1B principal nonimmigrant or filed concurrently with Form I-765 for category ©(26).

File with the USCIS Dallas Lockbox Facility if the receipt number of your H-1B principal spouse’s most recent Form I-797 Notice of Approval for Form I-129 begins with EAC or LIN .
