Primary Occupation

Hello,

This is Vikas from Pune, India. I am in the process of applying for a B1 visa.

I am currently working on Contract Agreement with a US based company. Company does not have any presence in India. I want to know what should I be putting up my Primary Occupation as?
And if for the selected Occupation, application asks for Current Employer details, would it be fine to specify the designated company as my EMPLOYER?

Vikas,

You can show US company as primary employer. Evidence will be needed during interview.
