Previous visa denials in DS 160 Form

Hi Saurabh,

My L-1 B visa application under the blanket petition was denied at Chennai consulate. Following which my employed had filed individual L-1B petition which got an RFE and employer decided to withdraw it. It’s been mentioned in my I-129 form. Do I need to mention both cases in DS-160 form for H-1B application?

Yes, you should mention them in the H-1’s DS form.
