Did anyone filed under premium processing receive a decision? My case was received on April 11 and the Notice date was April 12 at California service center, Today is the 15 th day for the decision. What happens if they fail to provide a decision by the end of today. Did anyone received a decision or am I the only one. Thanks
Not yet, many are still waiting for the decision. The premium processing clock starts only on May 20th. There is NO SLA for USCIS to make a decision before their 15 day time that starts on May 20th.
