are we supposed to get the receipt whether picked up or denied before 27th of April 2015 as USCIS announced that premium process will be starting from 27th April ?

If your petition is selected through lottery, you will get a receipt number. Using that you can track the status of your petition in the USCIS website.
If not selected, the fee for applying will be refunded.
Check with your Employer or employers attorney.

i have asked that whether receipt will get on or before April 27th ? or do we still have hope until premium process time completed like till 11th May 2015 ?

Technically you do have hope. If you got through, you will receive a receipt and you’re supposed to get a result by May 11. If not, you will get your packet back in due time (that doesn’t have a timeline.)
