Would like to know if there is currently premium processing available for L1 to H1 change of Status for the below case.
I am currently on L1b visa, have applied for change of status to H1b(which i had previously used for 1 year), would like to know if i can go for premium processing now, or should i wait till Feb19 , for the start of the premium processing.
Change of status is if for the same company and there is no change of employer…
When i go through the USCIS website it says, that if the employer is same, then you can go for premium processing.
please suggest if you have any info
