possibility of H4 to H1B conversion

Hello ,

I have recently come to US on H4 visa.Kindly help me with few of my queries regarding h4 to H1b Conversion.

-Is there any valid consultant who can do this?Kindly share any sucess story(kindly furnish consultant information).

-Have heard that this conversion is now not easy.Is it true?anybody who has faced any such issue in this year 2013.

Many people convert form H4 to H1. If you never have had H1B before than you will need to apply from apr 2014 and can work only after Oct 2014. Mysvisajobs website will guide you to consultants.

Getting h1 has become difficult …its true…but not impossible. If you have right combination of employer, position, pay and skills.

Thanks for the Quick response:) My visa job site indeed has a lot of employer but I really don’t know whom to trust.That is why I wanted to discuss with experienced people so that I might get the information of efficient consultants.

Yes, you can find employers who can sponsor your H1. It will help if you have previous IT experience.

I got mine in 2013 without any problem.
