I’m on H-1b visa employer based out of NJ and planning to travel india in April. but while return I’m planning to come california. So at port of entry what kind of question can i face or i might face any problem since my employer is based out of NJ
You are fine. If immigration officer require proof of you reaching NJ, just show him the domestic ticket (he might probably see the tickets since he scans your passport.)
POE doesn’t matter irrespective of your number fo visits. I have travelled 4 times in 4 different airports compared to my work place.
