Hi, Can I reissue the passport (change the place of birth and address in new passport) after my name will come in the lottery and before visa stamping? After having new address and place of birth in the passport, the same needs to be filled in Visa stamping form?
My passport will be expired in 2020. Is this going to be an issue? Do i need to do amendment in h1b petition? Is this done by me or attorney?
