Pls help me understand the impacts on applying H1B for case below

Hi,

I am currently working for company A.



I have found a H1B sponsor (company B) and they will initiate the visa processing soon.



[b]Question:[/b]



1. Will my current company have an issue if they find out that I am applying through company B? Is it Legal?



2. Suppose I dont get through lottery this year (company B) and if company A(current employer) is willing to sponsor next year,  will the company A/embassy have a prob that i had previously appeared for lottery and dint get through?



3. same as Question 2, I get through lottery but visa rejected with company B. Any Impacts next year with company A/embassy?

  1. No Issue. It’s legal. Its just a job change

  2. No. Evey case/year is different

  3. Yes, if its related to ur experience, genuinity and any problem pertaining to U… if its an employer issue, it wont be any issue
