Please help me - My Case
Currenlty I am in India for last 4 years now. My H1b transfer is in progress with cap exempt and got RFE (Reason is not know as of now.)
I have I-140 approved with my earlier employer whose PD is current now as per July Visa bulletin.
I need advice to solve and tackle this situation , What can we do now and how to proceed from here.
Please help.
