Picked in the lottery, premium processing but still no news

Hi,

My application was picked in the lottery, receipt number: EAC-14-141-5XXXX. My employer went through premium processing, but still I haven’t heard anything. In USCIS webpage is still under “Initial review”. Shouldn’t premium processing take less than 15 days? it has been more than one month with no news.

Yes, it is supposed to be processed in 15 calendar days. Sometimes, the online system you check would not be up to date. It is best to call the USCIS service center. Alternatively, your employer or Attorney can check with USCIS as well.

Thanks for the answer. I called at 800-375-5283 and entered my receipt number but the status is the same, no news. It is an automated system and you don’ttalk with any person.
