I got an email from company, that my petition accept by USICS, does that mean I am selected in the Lottery, or it just means that my petition is accepted for lottery pickup.

You may be. You should ask them to share a copy of the receipt notice, so that you know that you were selected and can track the status online as well. Check How to track h1B Status
