Payment option for visa renewal

I am applying for h1b and h4 visa together renewal , on payment page it gives a CGI reference along with amount of 380USD but in terms and conditions it is mentioned

Each applicant must make only one visa fee payment per advice slip. Print one copy of this advice slip and submit it at Citibank/ Axis Bank branch to complete payment.

and also on portal, it says two receipt number of me and my wife.

Now I am confused do I need to make one payment of 380 USD or two payment of 190 USD each

please help

Are you paying online or at the bank? If you see two advice slips, you print both and make the cash payment at Citi or Axis. You will get two MVR fee receipts (one for each candidate) which you will use while booking the appointment.

I will be paying via bank .I just see one advice slip with one CGI reference number and total amount of 380 USD .

Ok then you print the advice and take it to the bank. You may use the same MVR fee receipt number to book for both.
