Hi Team,

My appln picked in lottery , passport get expire in October/2022 . Will there be any problem if j can file petition with the current passport which will get expire in October or do I need to get it renewed and then file with new passport ? Taking time for renewals…please clarify . Thank you .

Passport is just an ID so as far as it is valid you can use it to file the petition.
