Hi. My parents would like to visit me in USA in near future and they are willing to do the self sponsorship for their trip. How much bank balance should they maintain for the same ? and do i need to provide my bank balance proof as well for their visa interview ? please clarify
More than their bank balance, show that they are attached to India by showing any siblings yet to get married or so. Also, if they are employed thats a very positive sign since they cannot lose their job for the sake fo visiting US and they would return to India for sure.
Your bank balance is not required unless you sponsor.
