My parents visa interview is scheduled in a week. The package from USA to India has not been delivered, no status change as well as no update from India office. Will print outs from sponsor (with printed signature) work for the visa interview or they need original documents signed by the sponsor? Incase the courier does not reach, shall my parents proceed with the interview or cancel it?
Well, it should be fine to use the copies scanned and printed, if the package is lost. You can ask your parents to take a copy of the email as well and the Fedex package info, to tell that physical mail is lost, so using the letter. Ask them to print in color and carry, it should be fine. Getting appointment can be tough…If you are really concerned, then get it changed and then go with physical copies.
