My case status is showing as “Initial Review” since April 10th (date when petition was approved received by USCIS). My petition number is EACxxxxxxxxx which, after looking around for a while, seems to be assigned to the Vermont service center. The Vermont service center has a processing time of 2 months. Since my petition was accepted on 10th april, it is almost 3 months now. I need help on the following questions.
Should i ask my employer to raise an "Out of normal processing time request or should I wait for some more time?
Can I raise an "Out of normal processing time" request as an applicant?
