I am waitimg for my OPT Extension from 5 months, Its in pending status,
Since some problem with my school cant wait anymore for OPT Extension.
Joining different school for differnt degree and getting an Internship with the school so that I can work 40hrs/week since I have full time job.
My Question when am doing my internship Can I apply for H1b for this March/April?
I already completed my Masters in Computers in one school and joining deifferent school for Business administration course.
Since I already finished my one degree in other school I should be getting CPT or Internship …
Since I finsihed 9 months and one degree I should be able to get CPT from day 1. Please let me know am i correct or wrong?
But my worry is I want to apply h1. Is it possible to apply when am on CPT. Please Advise.
