OPT eligibility for a former J-1 student

Hi,

I studied my first Masters on J-1 visa and did an Academic Training (OPT equivalent for J-1), and left US in 2010. I am considering to do a second Masters, especially an MBA, on F-1 visa this time and I was wondering if I would be eligible for an OPT upon graduation.

I reserached a bit about OPT eligibility criteria and found that second OPTs are not allowed, but not sure about my case whether J-1 students’ Academic Training is considered as an OPT as well.
