hi,
i was on opt cap gap when my employer filed my h1 and i got approve.after that they laid off from my job.
now i have pay stub till aug 17th which was on opt cap gap.my h1 already started on oct 1st.
now other company can trasnfer my h1b with this paystub?my current employer told me they are not going to cancel my visa,but they cannot get me pay stub of oct 1st.
for h1b transfer do i need to give same resume .that i gave on h1 filed?
please help me
