old passport expired Will it be needed to get H4 Visa

Hi,I was in US in H4 and studied from 4th to 6th grade. I returned to India in 2002.The passport (minor) that carried the H4 visa expired in 2004. I have a new Passport (issued in 2012). But now I have lost my old expired minor passport .I will be applying for H4 visa againWill I need the old passport?What should I do?Thanks

There is a column in DS 160 application form that asks

Have you ever lost yr passport?

Answer it truthfully and explain yr case there .

If you answer all questions properly,

you will have no problem
