I got H1B approved by employer A and visited India, got visa stamped till 2021. I came back to USA and changed to employer B and got H1b transferred to employer B. I would like to go to India now. Do i have to got for visa stamping?
No need to go for stamping again. As long as you have valid approval notice from Employer B and all the supporting documents, you are fine. Your old H1B petition revoke does not have any impact on your visa stamping in passport.
So can i travel to India and come back to USA on previous employer H1B Visa stamped on my passport with current employer’s I-797 Approval?
