I need to get my new employer H1B restamped. I mistkanly said on my DS160 that I have not been tenprinted. However - I have done my biometrics before. So I created a new DS160 application.
With the old application, I paid my fees, and on the USTravel docs website, it says there are no OFC appointments available. Is this because I indicated that I need biometrics? If I had not done so, would it have been faster?
