I would like to know if USCIS is implementing notice to appear as per the memorandum with respect to employment-based petitions like H1B. Are H1B employees falls under this notice to appear? If yes, when exactly H1B employees should appear and in which scenario?Please let me know. My extension is in process and i would like to know about this.
