Not received any update on my H1 Petition

I have not received any communication till date from my attorney nor USCIS regarding my petition for FY-2014, whether my petition is accepted or rejected. 

 

Does it mean, My petition is rejected ?? or should I wait for some more time.

Was it filed w/ premium processing?

I had premimum processing, but not recieved any updates yet too
