Not joining the employer after signing I9 section 1

Hi,

I am currently on H1B visa. I was hired by a new organization A. Before starting the H1 transfer process, my employer asked me to sign the section 1 of the I9 form. I signed the form but I have yet not started working with the organization A.

Meanwhile I got a better offer from employer B. Can my signing of the section 1 of I9 form have any advesse impact if I deny to join the organization A.

Kindly respond to this question. I am very tense about my situation.
