Hello! As mentioned, my employer filed for my H1B visa under the non-Premium Masters Quota. The Attorney hasn’t yet received anything. Is there still some hope for a positive result? Or should I look at options expecting that my H1 application wasn’t picked up in the lottery? Would appreciate your thoughts and feedback. Thanks,
Please keep hope until you either receive a receipt notice indicating that you were picked or until you get your application package returned. The receipts will keep coming in for a few more days. I would ask you to anyway start preparing for options. Don’t wait until the last moment.
