Hi all, My employer says that they have not yet received the update from USCIS on my H1B 2014 lottery result.
Will it take more than 2 months for USCIS to update that if a candidate is thru or not?
They should have received it by now. If not, they should contact USCIS and follow-up.
Do you have reasons to believe that your employer might be lying?
