My case is in request for evidence is recieved on sep 2016 I still do not have an answer.could you tell me how long I have to wait and is there a option I can contact someone.
Do you mean you have not responded to your RFE still or is your status in RFE Response received?
If your status is in RFE Received and you have not responded, then your well past your deadline of 90 days to respond to the RFE raised. This means your case would be automatically rejected.
If you have responded and the case status is in RFE Response received, then you have to request your employer to raise a SR with USCIS and follow it up with them.
