My H1b extension application was received by uscis on may 10th. Its been 50day and I don’t have a response till date.
My company HR called USCIS 3 times and the call is transfered to automatic system to request a call back, but they never received a call back. My employer also requested to expedite the process online but we don’t have any update on the case.
What are the possible options for us to push for some kind of update. I really need to get the decision asap as I have some travel plans in coming month.
