I’m currently on an L1 visa right now. In preparation for my employment-based green card, my employer filed a prevailing wage PERM application for me one month ago (Sep-2020) and I’m waiting for the decision to be made (it takes around 5 months). Do the new rules for the prevailing wages applied to my application in this case or not?
