New L1 B Visa Stamping (I-94 is Valid)

Hi ,

I have L1B visa valid until Nov-2013 but my I-94 is valid until Dec-2015.

My company is not doing extension or L1B new stamping since I have valid I-94.

But if I want to go outside home country then my I-94 will become invalid.

  1. I asked my company to file new L1B visa from Canada. But they are saying when you back will apply for extension.

Kindly suggest.

You are correct. Problem comes only when you leave US and want to re-enter.

Apply for extension before Nov 2013 and Canada is acceptable.
